FAQ

How do I create a workout routine?

Go to the Home tab and tap "Create Routine." The setup wizard will guide you through choosing a split type and assigning exercises to each day of the week.

Can I add my own exercises?

Yes! When adding exercises to a workout, tap the "+" button to create a custom exercise. Assign it to one or more muscle groups and it will appear in your library.

How are personal records calculated?

Liftr tracks your max weight, max volume (weight x reps), and estimated 1RM for each exercise. When you exceed a previous best during a live session, you'll see a PR badge.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored locally on your device by default. Liftr does not currently rely on iCloud backup or server sync for workout history.

What units does Liftr support?

Liftr supports both metric (kg) and imperial (lbs) units. You can switch between them anytime in Preferences.
